Purchases

Payments are made securely via PayPal for your safety and protection.
All purchases are final.
Print reproductions are usually shipped within 48hrs (2 days) of payment confirmation.
Original artwork is usually shipped within 96hrs (4 days) of payment confirmation. However where possible artwork will not be shipped over a weekend or public holiday to ensure it arrives safely and intact.
Loss or damage The Artist accepts no responsibility for loss or damage during transit. If you require added insurance for delivery of your artwork please contact julian@kimmings.co.uk after your payment has been accepted.
When purchasing original artwork all reproduction rights/copyrights remain with The Artist. You may not reproduce any part of original artwork without written permission from The Artist. If you with to purchase reproduction rights please contact The Artist.
